Accessibility Statement

Journey Accessibility is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens new tab) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance:

  • Level A: the minimum level of accessibility.
  • Level AA: the level most widely adopted in law and policy.
  • Level AAA: the highest level, applied where it is achievable.

At last evaluation, Journey Accessibility is conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We are happy to provide a full Voluntary Product Accessibility Statement (VPAT) of WCAG conformance status a or simpler, detailed breakdown. We are open to independent evaluations and feedback.
